A broad spectrum of New York tri-state area shoppers were survey for their opinions and ratings. Each store and service was rated in terms of quality, style, service and value.
Ratings are scaled as follows:
50 excellent
40 very good
30 good
20 fair
10 so-so
These ratings are subjective. In the case of value in particular, the ratings are relative and related to expect the service and quality. A deluxe store at a discount or may both receive high ratings for value, given the shoppers expectations for each type of store. With regard to the locks, your initial response may be: how can such a high-priced store provide good value? These ratings reflect the quality and service provided by the luck stores, the price becomes secondary when judging value. Those judging the stores and services in this book are primarily women, ranging in age from 20 to 70 years old. A typical panel member is a 40-year-old professional who lives in the New York tri-state area. She shops frequently for clothes, furniture, and services.
